Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with EU consumer law, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

Be returned in their original condition and packaging

Have only been briefly tried on, as in a physical store


Because Cotton Cuddle garments are designed for direct contact with sensitive skin, all returns are carefully inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or extended use.


Return Shipping


Return shipping costs are the

responsibility of the customer.

We do not provide prepaid return labels

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to the

original payment method

Refunds cover the product price only

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 14 days of inspection.


Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us before returning your item to confirm availability.


Exchange Conditions


The original item must be returned and approved before an exchange is processed Items must meet the same return conditions Exchanges are subject to stock availability


Exchange Shipping Costs

All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, including:

Return shipping of the original item

Shipping of the replacement item

Once the return is approved and shipping costs are paid, the replacement item will be dispatched.
