Who we are

What we collect and why

When you reserve items we store your name, email address, phone number (if given), delivery address, your note and the items you reserved. We use this only to handle your reservation: to contact you, confirm your order, arrange payment and deliver it. We do this because you asked us to (steps before a contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Your basket is kept in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us until you reserve. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

Nobody, until you confirm your order. Then we share what is needed with our payment provider and the carrier that delivers your parcel. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

If a reservation does not become an order, we delete your details within 12 months. Order details are kept as long as accounting law requires.
